Jindaburra is a boutique family run truffle farm located in the beautiful Burra valley, just south of Queanbeyan in New South Wales. 

We produce quality fresh black truffles (tuber melanosporum) for sale locally and interstate during the Australian winter months (early June to end of August).

 Harvested on the weekend and available on Monday. How fresh can you get? Apart from enjoying truffles with eggs, dairy and meat, I also infuse them in walnuts.
